Candidates shall have the option for appearing the GD/ interview in Hindi or English.

-Eligible candidates will have to appear for the Electrical Engineering (EE) paper of GATE – 2014.

-Candidates obtaining a valid score (Marks out of 100) shall only be eligible for the next stage of selection.

-The score is valid only if the candidate obtains more than or equal to the qualifying marks as fixed for the EE paper of GATE 2014.

-Selected candidates will undergo training for a period of one year at POWERGRID sites and training institutes.

-On successful completion of training, the candidates will be absorbed as Engineer.

FRBL requires a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) on 5 years contract.. The CEO is responsible for successful operation and management of FRBL including production, marketing, HR and other allied functions assigned by the management.

Specifications :

1. Educational Qualification: Graduate in Civil Engineering from an Institute of Engineering of repute.
2. Preferred additional qualification: Post Graduate in Civil Engineering with Specialization in Structural Engineering/ Building Technology. Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in management from Recognized Universities or Institutes.
3. Experience: Minimum total 20 years’ experience in large Company in public or private sector, carrying out turnkey civil contracts.
4. Upper age limit: 52 years as on 01.09.2013 (ie. should be born on or after 01.09.1961) Relaxation- As per rules (5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC etc.)
5. Tenure : Appointment shall be on contract basis for a period of 5 years.
6. Emoluments: : The incumbent will be placed in E8 grade (Rs 51300-73000) with other emoluments as applicable to FACT Managerial Employees in E8 grade, including provision of car and option to avail accommodation in FACT Township. In case of not opting for Company`s accommodation, HRA as applicable to FACT`s employees shall be provided.
7. Joining time :The requirement is that the incumbent should take up the assignment in October 2013.The applicant is to indicate whether he /she can take up the assignment in October 2013; if not possible, earliest date that he/she can join is to be indicated in the application.
