Provide world-class service to all small business customers in a customer centric environment
Proactively and continuously keep the customer and stakeholders informed about the status of problem
Interprets written communication effectively, seeks clarification and responds appropriately
Assisting customers with inquiries while providing troubleshooting steps, consultative support and recommendations
Successfully resolve complex customer e-mail and telephone inquiries through the use of multiple customer support tools
Effectively articulate complex information to a variety of technical and non technical customers
Ensure customers are successful online with their accounts
Document in detail all interactions with customers
Educate customers on products, Yahoo! tools and features
