FACT-RCF BUILDING PRODUCT LIMITED (FRBL) is a Joint Venture Undertaking of The Fertilisers and Chemicals Travancore Limited, Udyogamandal, Kerala (FACT) and Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilisers Limited, Mumbai(RCF).

FRBL manufactures PREFAB GYPWALL, a revolutionary load bearing prefabricated walling system with broad construction application. FRBL also manufactures Wall plaster/putty, a unique light weight material & is an advanced substitute to the conventional cement and sand plastering. FRBL requires a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) on 5 years contract.. The CEO is responsible for successful operation and management of FRBL including production, marketing, HR and other allied functions assigned by the management.

Specifications :

1. Educational Qualification: Graduate in Civil Engineering from an Institute of Engineering of repute.
2. Preferred additional qualification: Post Graduate in Civil Engineering with Specialization in Structural Engineering/ Building Technology. Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in management from Recognized Universities or Institutes.
3. Experience: Minimum total 20 years’ experience in large Company in public or private sector, carrying out turnkey civil contracts.
4. Upper age limit: 52 years as on 01.09.2013 (ie. should be born on or after 01.09.1961) Relaxation- As per rules (5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC etc.)
5. Tenure : Appointment shall be on contract basis for a period of 5 years.
6. Emoluments: : The incumbent will be placed in E8 grade (Rs 51300-73000) with other emoluments as applicable to FACT Managerial Employees in E8 grade, including provision of car and option to avail accommodation in FACT Township. In case of not opting for Company`s accommodation, HRA as applicable to FACT`s employees shall be provided.
7. Joining time :The requirement is that the incumbent should take up the assignment in October 2013.The applicant is to indicate whether he /she can take up the assignment in October 2013; if not possible, earliest date that he/she can join is to be indicated in the application.

1. An application fee of Rs.300/- shall accompany the application. Fee shall be in the form of non-refundable Demand Draft drawn in favour of FACT-RCF Building Products Limited, payable at Cochin.
2. The candidate`s full name, post applied for and Advertisement Number shall be written on the reverse of the DD. SC/ST candidates are exempted from payment of application fee
3. Application shall be accompanied by copies of certificates to prove age, qualification, and experience, All copies furnished with the application shall be self-attested.
4. The candidate’s passport size photograph shall be firmly affixed in the space provided on the downloaded application form.
5. The duly filled, downloaded application, with required attachments shall be submitted to the Deputy General Manager (HR&A), Human Resources Department, FEDO Building, FACT Ltd., Udyogamandal, Kerala. PIN 683 501 on or before the due date specified below.
6. Candidates in Govt/Quasi Govt/Public Sector Undertakings should apply through proper channel. However they may send advance copies of applications directly.
7. Envelopes containing application form should be superscribed with “Application for the post of CEO/FRBL – September 2013”.
