EMOLUMENTS:  As applicable to Award Staff under various Rules/Awards/Settlements in force in Banks concerned from time to time.  At present the total starting emoluments of:
1. Clerical Cadre employee will get salary of Rs.14,000/- per month approximately with Graduate qualification candidates and Rs.12,700/- per month  with Under Graduate qualification candidates inclusive of D.A. and other allowances at the current rate,
2. Subordinate cadre employee  will get salary of Rs. Rs.10,300/- per month approximately inclusive of D.A. and other allowances at current rate.
SELECTION PROCESS : Applications will be subjected to preliminary scrutiny to shortlist of candidates on the basis of their performance, achievements as given in their applications/testimonials.  The candidates short listed will be called for the interview and selection will be made strictly on the basis of merit.  Since the recruitment is for sportsmen category, maximum weightage will be given to the above factors as well as to age of the candidate. The Bank if required will conduct practise matches / training session / physical tests to gauge the performance of the candidate.
 Bank intends to recruit players strictly followed by positions only.
  1.  Fast Bowler
  2. Left Arm Spinner  / Right Arm Leg Spinner
  3. Opening  Batsman
  4. Wicket keeper / Batsman
Short listed candidates will be issued call letters to the correspondence address given by the candidates in their application form which will be sent by ordinary post/courier.
OTHER CONDITIONS
  1.  Since recruitment will be based on achievements in sports field, the requirement of the Bank for a specialised position in specific sport will be given weightage in addition to the age of the candidate.
  2. All appointments under this scheme shall be entirely at the discretion of the Bank and shall be at the starting stage of the scales admissible to the post.
  3. All these appointees will be on probation for a period of 6 months as applicable for general candidates.
  4.  At the time of appointment, the candidate must be an active sportsman and should be fit enough to take part in future tournaments as well.
  5. Only Indian citizens are eligible for appointment under this scheme.
  6. The Bank takes no responsibility for any delay in receipt or loss in postal transit of any application or communication.  It also takes no responsibility to connect any certificate sent separately.  The candidates are advised NOT to send original certificates/mark sheets along with their application.
  7. An application incomplete in any respect and/or not in conformity with this advertisement shall not be entertained.
  8. Selected candidates will be governed by the terms and conditions of the Service Regulations of the Bank as applicable to Award  Cadre Staff.
  9. Appointment of selected candidates is subject to their being found medically fit as per the requirement of the Bank.  Such appointment will also be subject to the service and conduct rules of the Bank.

  11. NOC from earlier employer is required in case applicant is presently in employment.
