Electrical	BE or B.Tech in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics Engineering
Civil	BE or B.Tech in Civil Engineering
E&I	BE or B.Tech in Instrumentation/ Electronics Engineering
Mechanical	BE or B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

Age Limit :

                 Upper Age limit is 27 years and For Land Ousters upper age limit is 35 years as on 10.09.2013. Age Relaxation 3 years for OBC applicants, 5 years for St/SC applicants, 10 years for PWD applicants and 13 years for PWDOBC and 15 years for PWDSC applicants as per Govt rules.

Pay Band :  Rs.24,900-50,500/- per month.

Selection Process :  Apply GATE 2014.  Selection process will be basis of GATE 2014 score, Group Discussion and Personal Interview. After GATE 2014 Registration apply online ET-2014
