SELECTION PROCEDURE : For Office Assistant (Multipurpose):- Selection will be made on the basis of performance in RRBs- Common Written Examination (CWE) conducted by IBPS in September 2013 / October 2013 and Personal Interview. Merit list of the candidates for final selection based on Total Weighted Standard Scores (TWSS) obtained by them in CWE of IBPS and Personal Interview will be prepared in descending order under each SC/ST/OBC/UR category

HOW TO APPLY
  1. Candidates are required to apply online through Bank’s website _www.bgvb.co.in______________________ between 05.12.2013 and 20.12.2013. No other means/ mode of application will be accepted.
  2. Candidates should ensure that their personal email ID (as specified in the online application form while applying for RRBs- CWE-II (CWE conducted in September/ October 2013) is kept active during the currency of a recruitment project. Bank may send call letters for Interview etc. to the registered e-mail ID.
  3. Candidates can Apply Online by visiting the Recruitment Link on the Bank’s website www.bgvb.co.in. All the fields in the online Application format should be filled up carefully.
  4. Please note that the above procedure is the only valid procedure for applying. No other mode of application or incomplete steps would be accepted and such applications would be rejected.
  5. The Application printout along with required copies of documents should be kept ready for
  6. submission if shortlisted for Interview.
The applicant should sign and affix his/her photograph on such printout of application and keep the same ready for submission if selected for Interview along with copies of required documents mentioned below:
  1. Printout of the online application submitted.
  2. Printout of IBPS Scores for the stipulated examination.
  3. 10th standard examination Mark sheet in support of local language.

  • Period of engagement Two years On successful completion of two years as VS (JE), they shall be appointed as Junior Engineer on regular establishment in the pay scale of `.17300 – 38610/- based on the overall performance.
General :
  1. The company reserves the right to short list the any candidates as per the requirement of the Company.
  2. The selection shall be purely on merits. Canvassing in any form will automatically disqualify the candidature.
  3. Knowledge of computer is must.
  4. The appointees after selection whose mother tongue is not gujarati & have not passed the regional language examination shall have to pass the regional examination within a period of 03 years after joining as per company rules.
  5. At present there is no deficit however considering the future vacancies the selection shall be made as per Roster Policy & women reservation policy.
  6. Filling up of vacancies is at the discretion of management based on merit & suitability of candidates.
