· Should have basic understanding of resourcing and operations functions Should be able to coordinate with project teams to collect and finalize lateral hiring and contracting requirements
· Should be able to coordinate with recruitment team and CSF to fulfill open positions Should be able to maintain reports of all Open opportunities and regularly update the same
· Should be able to follow prescribed practices for optimal efficiency Is responsible for entire internal staffing related activities and ensuring timely billing movements
