· Interfaces/Workflows/XML Reports and functional knowledge on Payroll, OTL & OAB
· Web ADI/AME/Alerts
· 5-9 yrs of exp in Oracle HRMS, good exp in implementation projects.
· Should have managed at least 3 Oracle HRMS implementation projects.
· Should have managed at least 1 Oracle HRMS R12 implementation project.
· Experience in US or UK Payroll (Desired)
· Prior onsite experience would add advantage.
· Excellent communication and client facing skills required
· Experience in Implementation and Upgrades projects.
· Technical 70% and Functional 30%
· Should have worked on Payroll (or) Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) (or) Advanced Benefits (or) Compensation Workbench
· Good To Have OAF / ADF Knowledge
