Candidate profile :
· The candidate should be a graduate from any recognized university.
· Should possess good fluency in English & Regional language – Hindi, Marathi
· Should be able to comprehend client's products and their usage
· Should be able to converse very well with clients in order to sale/promote the client's products
· Should have working knowledge with Computers
· Should be aggressive & competent with Sales function/cycle
Job Description :
· As an Associate, the candidate should manage healthy, cordial, ethical relationship with the customers assigned in line with the client's policies and procedures
· Should be able to navigate through various client applications (Eg: CRM, Billing System, Terminologies)
· Generate Sale from the existing customer base by outbound calls
· Up sell of products by understanding the customer requirements and usage
· Evaluate need of the customer & suggest appropriate products as per feasibility
· Responsible to meet sales targets provided monthly and YTD
