Candidate Profile :

·         Chartered Accountant

·         University graduate (minimum: Bachelor with Honours or equivalent)

·         Overseas experience in a senior capacity in a Financial Services or Audit company

·         Management experience

·         Technically competent accountant, with proven track record in consolidation, analytical review and disclosure reporting

·         Familiarity with US GAAP accounting standards and SEC reporting requirements

·         Strong MS Excel skills; experience in working with a consolidation system (Hyperion) advantageous

·         Pro-active, motivated, flexible and team-orientated

·         Ability to work under pressure

·         Languages: fluent in English. German would be an added advantage

Desired Skills/Experience :

·         Support and monitor legal entity consolidated reporting

·         Perform analytical review on legal entity results - BS and PL

·         Present analytical review of significant balances and variances to senior FA management

·         Provide metrics to senior FA Management

·         Ensure that consolidated results are performed and controlled to a high standard

·         Support the Group Consolidation and External Reporting processes
