Correspondence, maintenance of daily dairy, appointments, meetings. The incumbent should be able to handle correspondence independently and would have to coordinate with all Departments/ Divisions and activities of the Institute. Should be able to do his work independently on computer.
Desirable: Master’s Degree in Management or equivalent with enough experience in the Office Management, Public Relations/ Public Management.
