JOB KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENT

ENGINEER GR-II

1. PROCESS : The candidate should have working experience in process design, preparation of process flow sheet with heat E’ mass balance, P&I diagrams, equipment data sheet, process simulation, technical services, hazop study, operation/commissioning, etc. in Fertilizer/ Oil & Gas/ Refinery/ Petrochemical/ Chemical industry. Must have experience in leading group of process engineers. Candidate having experience in Coal Gasification/Acid & Salt Industry can also apply.
2. CIVIL : The candidate should have experience in Design of concrete/steel structural works concerning Fertilizers/ Chemical / Oil & Gas / Steel/Power Industries. Experience in Structural Analysis, design by STAAD PRO is essential. Experience in preparation of Technical Specification/BOQ for construction tenders, 3-D Modelling of structures in Frame Work plus Software and design of Machine Foundation will be considered as an added advantage.
3. ENGINEER GR-III
4. INSTRUMENTATION

1. The candidates should have experience in Site Supervision & other jobs at Project Site for Fertilizers/Chemicals/Refineries/ Petrochemicals

MM Engineer/ Officer – Executive GR-III

1. The candidate should have working experience in Materials Management especially in Procurement of materials / services under International /National competitive bidding, must be conversant with taxes/duties, import & export procedures/policies and should have relevant knowledge of Govt./Statutory rules & regulations, etc.

SCIENTIST(LAB-EIA)- EXECUTIVE GR-III

1. The candidates should have analytical experience in environment related parameters of CPCB Laboratory.

PUBLIC RELATION OFFICER – EXECUTIVE-GR-III

1. The candidates should have experience in liaisoning with the Ministry/ Clients for business development activities/ public relation.

JR.DRAFTING STAFF

1. PROCESS : Candidate should be capable of preparing PFD, P & ID, Equipment sketches etc. through latest version of AutoCad/ SP P & ID.
2. MECHANICAL : Piping – Candidate should be capable of preparing piping GA drawings, Isometric drawings, piping MTO, Nozzle Orientation drawings, platform & ladder drawings, etc. Must have hands-on experience of using drafting software AUTOCAD/MICROSTATION. Awareness of PDS/PDMS software will be considered as additional qualification.
3. Material Handling : Candidate should be capable of preparing scheme & GA drawings for conveying system comprising of conveyors transfer points, chute arrangement using software Autocad/Microstation.
4. Pressure Vessel : Candidate should be capable of preparing mechanical sketch of equipments: Vessels, Exchangers, Tanks, etc. Review/Checking of Vendor drawings for above mentioned equipments. Must have hands on experience of operating Drafting Software AUTOCAD/MICROSTATION.
5. COMPUTER : The candidate should have working experience in support/ maintenance of PCs, Printers and related Hardware. Must have Good knowledge of Windows Operating System. The candidate should have Hardware troubleshooting skills, excellent knowledge of IT hardware equipments , computer networking and related equipment, and various hardware systems. Experience in installing and configuring IT hardware and software, resolving user issues etc. Should have a keen interest in technology and the rapid changes and developments in the industry.

SR.CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR – SAFETY OFFICER

1. Mechanical Construction –  The candidates should have working experience in handling Safety related fields at Project Site for Fertilizers/Chemicals/Refineries/ Petrochemicals.

JR.CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR

1. Civil Engg : Candidate should be capable of preparing estimate for maintenance and repair of Civil & Structural works, supervision of works, checking of bills of the Contractor, etc. Preference will be given for acquaintance with preparation of sketches and drawings on Computer Software AUTOCAD.

SAFETY OFFICER

1. Mechanical Construction –  The candidates should have working experience in handling Safety related fields at Project Site for Fertilizers/Chemicals/Refineries/ Petrochemicals.

DIPLOMA ENGINEER

1. Mechanical(Inspection): The candidates should have working experience in Inspection Site Supervision job .
2. Civil(Inspection) : The candidates should have working experience in Inspection Site Supervision job

GENERAL CONDITIONS

1. All above qualifications should be full time & from recognized University/Institute. Minimum qualifying marks in Degree qualifying exam shall be 60% for GEN/OBC (55% for SC/ST). Wherever CGPA/OGPA or letter grade in a degree is awarded, equivalent percentage of marks should be indicated in the online application form as per norms adopted by the University/Institute. The candidate will have to produce a copy of these norms with respect to his/her University/Institute at the time of Interview.
2. All candidates should have basic knowledge of working in Computers, MS Office and relevant specialized software.
