Manager (Factory)

2. Qualification:
   Degree in Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent from a recognised University / Institution.
   Seven years experience in a factory of a Firm registered under The Companies Act 1956, preferably in vegetable oil factory or processing industry.

Deputy Manager (Factory)

1. (Pay Scale: 11910-340-13610-380-16650-450-19350(Pre-revised))
2. Qualification:
   Degree in Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent from a recognised University / Institution
   Five years experience in management cadre in a factory of a Firm registered under Companies Act 1956, preferably manufacturing vegetable oil / Processing industry.

Asst. Manager (Quality Control) / Analytical Chemist

2. Qualification:
   M.Sc. Chemistry or its equivalent from a recognised University / Institution.
   Three years experience as Chemist in an Institution registered under Co-operative Societies Act 1969 or The Societies Registration Act 1860 or The Travancore Cochin Literary Scientific Charitable Societies Registration Act 1955 or The companies Act 1956 or any institution firm or company which has a legal entity under any law for the time being in force or SSI Units registered with the Industrial Development Commissioner or Industrial Institutions wherein Government have investments.

Age Limit :

1. For all posts applicants shall have completed 18 years of age.
2. For the post of Manager (Factory) the maximum age shall be 40 years.
3. For the post of Dy. Manager (Factory) & Asst. Manager (Quality Control) the maximum age shall be 36 years of age.
4. Age will be calculated as on 01.01.2013.
5. Age relaxation applicable as per Rules. In exceptional cases the age will be relaxed up to fifty years
