Application in the prescribed format complete in all respect must reach in the office of Director General, Health Services, Haryana, Swasthya Bhawan, Sector 6, Panchkula, Haryana by 5.00 PM up to 16/12/2013. Interviews have been scheduled to 23/12/2013 onwards and roll number will be displayed on Haryana health department official website by 19/12/2013.
