Essential Qualifications

1. Professionals having technical qualifications like B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or equivalent or MBA or equivalent in relevant field/subject or M.A. (Economics) or M.Sc.Persons with M.Phil or additional qualifications, research experience, published papers and post qualification experience in the relevant field would be preferred.
2. Knowledge of computer application, MS Office including Excel, Access etc.

Desirable

1. Good Academic Record.
2. Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
3. Analytical and presentation skills with ability to generate a well-researched and written 1 report.
4. Experience in collection, compilation and analysis of data, hands on computer skills in MS Office and related software’s and preparation of Project Reports/ Reviews/ Notes etc

Duration : Candidates selected will be appointed on contract basis for an initial period of one year. This term can be extended up to maximum 5 years depending on the performance of the candidate/ need of the Flaming Commission. However, the maximum duration of the contract will not be extended beyond five years

Consolidated :

1. The consolidated fee shall range between Rs.25,000/- and Rs.40,000/- per month depending on the qualification and work experience of the selected candidate.
2. Local Conveyance: Additional amount of Rs.1500/- per month as local conveyance

Age Limit : Maximum age limit for appointment of Young Professionals shall be 40 Years and for Consultants and Senior Consultants shall be 65 years.
