• Should have strong knowledge on Computer hardware, peripherals, OS & Networks (No Compromise)
• Strongly skilled at diagnosing and troubleshooting computer hardware / software issues
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge on Internet (wired & wireless) preferred.
• Call taking experience & experience in MS office preferred
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a high pressure environment and the ability to adapt to change.
• Highly motivated and energetic with fundamental technical knowledge and skills / willing to learn Self- discipline and composure
