SFDC Admin :
- Salesforce.com Certification preferred. Certification 201 and 301 mandatory. 401 and 501 also preferable.
- Performs administration tasks such as creating accounts and profiles, defining fields, maintaining drop-down list values, etc.
- Integrates new functionality from Salesforce.com releases and upgrades
- Creates and maintains reports in Salesforce.com
- Interprets and documents requirements from the business user community in support of CPI
- Creates and documents procedures used to support Salesforce.com
- Advises Business Analyst on Salesforce.com features/modules to meet business requirements.
- Support SaaS interfaces between Salesforce.com and other applications (i.e. Marketo Lead Management)"
- Experience of development of customisation on Sales force
- Experience of Service Cloud and its implementation
