Job Description: To identify & acquire retail clients for home loan products and ensure end to end fulfillment of documentation with client & other agencies.
- To identify & tie up with Builders, Chartered Accountants & Referrals for sourcing of Home Mortgage Loan cases.
- Closely work with cross functional teams & Centers to generate business and ensure the Mortgage Target achievement for assigned branches.
- To work closely with Bank Sales, Credit & Operations team to ensure smooth processing of Loan.
Desired Candidate Profile:
3 years experience in sales with at-least 2 years of Home Loan sales experience is required.

- He/She should be versed with legal aspects of Land/Property ownership/documentation.
- Good communication & working knowledge of MS office.
