Job Description:
- Looking for Customer Support Executive.
Role:
- Interacting with customers of major online businesses from across the globe, over text based chat.
- Answer customer queries.
- Sell website products/ services.
- Build customer relations.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Good typing speed at least 25 words per minute.
- Basic knowledge of computer.
- Understanding of Internet.
- Have the flexibility to work in shifts (Shifts are rotational).
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Positive attitude and customer sensitive.
- Self motivated with the strong convincing power and a passion to excel.
Note:
- Female candidates have to work in day shifts only.
- Candidates living in or near Noida preferred.
