Qualification :
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Public Relations, English literature, Communications, or Journalism
- Technical Bachelor’s Degree (engineering, computer science) a plus
Job Description:
- The Social Media Community Managers will encourage conversations and personal connections between our customers, prospective customers, ccount managers/directors, client’s brand managers, clients’ subject matter experts, in house and other social networks in which we participate.
- This position will be responsible for welcoming new members, getting them involved, nudging them to share, and helping them connect with each other.
- You’ll measure your success by growing community membership, participation levels, and quantity and quality of the knowledge exchange.
- You’ll work collaboratively with the digital marketing team comprised of web, marketing, social media, and analytics as well as within the process guidelines of LBi’s Project Management team.
- You will assist in reinforcing our clients’ social media policies and provide education to internal participants on best practices for appropriate social media engagement.
Pay Band : INR 2.4 Lacs P.A
